Our Story

Rooted in Chile — a land of wild contrasts, where soaring mountains, coastal winds, and sun-drenched valleys shape wines with real presence. OVORRA. was born from a desire to do things differently: to honour instinct, imperfection, and the power of place.

It started with a single vineyard site, planted decades ago by growers who believed in the potential of the land more than the promise of profit. They farmed by feel, not formula — and it shows. The fruit that grows here is bold, expressive, and laced with quiet power.

But OVORRA. isn’t just a reflection of terroir — it’s a declaration.

The name itself isn’t from ancestry, but from alchemy — a word imagined to hold weight, mystery, and meaning. A symbol of how we navigate the world: with guts, grace, and the quiet conviction to trust ourselves.

Each wine in the OVORRA. range comes from a distinct, characterful site:

The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Colchagua Valley — deep and sun-soaked, where the grapes grow broad-shouldered and intense, tempered by cool nights and mountain air. It’s structured, smouldering, and built to hold your attention.

The Pinot Noir is from Casablanca Valley — coastal, windswept, and moody. This wine is all wild berries and quiet complexity; delicate on the surface but layered beneath.

The Sauvignon Blanc hails from Chile’s Central Valley — crisp, bright, and full of energy. It hums with citrus, herbs, and that clean snap that only comes from a vineyard left to speak for itself.

These wines weren’t made to follow trends. They were made to last — farmed by people who still believe in the land, and bottled with minimal intervention and maximum intention.

The people behind OVORRA. don’t chase polish. They believe in gut instinct, hard work, and letting the land speak. Every vintage carries a sense of place — not just in soil and weather, but in spirit. It’s the kind of wine that doesn’t shout; it smoulders.

OVORRA. is more than a wine. It’s a tribute to those who work the land, and to those who drink from it with open minds and full hearts. A nod to the past. A promise to the future. And above all, a refusal to settle.
